  Just had a phonecall from my sister crying her eyes out, was gonna buy a Groupon last week, and they asked her to pay in the shop. She was told that colour and extensions would be £120, paid £55 towards final bill on first visit and it took 7 hours to do half a job on colour (not achieving the colour promised) and after going in tonight to have colour finished; has tried to charge even more! Manager didn't even apologise or offer any kind of solution and is happy to have bad reviews posted so other people aren't taken advantage of; and be taken to small claims. Very odd way of doing business! Very annoyed with that rude woman to say the least!
